Adverse Weather Guidelines

This guideline sets out the arrangements in times of Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warming Signal for the Public Visitors.

  1. Typhoon Signal No.8 / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal in force before the event:
  • Before 10:00a.m. on 6 April
    • All programme will be stopped and resume within 5 hours after the signal is cancelled.
  • After 10:00a.m. on 6 April
    • All programme will be stopped and resume within 5 hours after the signal is cancelled.
    • The event will be cancelled if the signal is cancelled after 2:00p.m.
  • Before 12:00n.n. on 7 April
    • All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.
  • After 12:00n.n. on 7 April
    • The event will be cancelled.

 

  1. Typhoon Signal No.8 / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal in force after the event:
  • Black Rainstorm Warming Signal in force:
    • Indoor event continue provided that it is safe to do so, outdoor event will be cancel or relocated if Black Rainstorm Warming Signal in force.
    • Applicable to all situation
  • Typhoon Signal No.8 in force:
  • 10:00a.m. – 3:00p.m. on 6 April:
    • All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.
  • After 3:00p.m. on 6 April:
    • The event will be cancelled.
  • Before 12:00n.n. 7 April:
    • All programme will be stopped and resume within 4 hours after the signal is cancelled.
  • After 12:00n.n. 7 April:
    • The event will be cancelled.
